GUIDE FOR AUTHORS

AUTHORSHIP
The listing of authors should only include those who have made an intellectual contribution to the
manuscript, who will publicly take responsibility for the data and conclusions and who have approved
the final version. Every listed author must have made significant contribution to the conception,
design, execution or interpretation of the reported study. Others who have participated in certain
substantive aspects of the research project should be acknowledged.
